Hi divas and beauty's. Im back. Been really on the workout and excercise lately. I;ve been walking about 3 miles every morning and now Im ready to start toning again. I said I was going to walk for a month then advance into toning. I bought the Kim Kardashian DVD "Fit In Your Jeans By Friday" from Walmart today and I think Im going to like it. Especially when I see some cut up results. I got my weight down so now Im ready to start toning and defining. Any of you workout with this dvd. If so how is it. Feel free to share your results. Oh by the way. Ive already got her body frame and shape . Just need to tone it up some.

Her video is great. Its mainly toward toning though. Not too much aerobics. Aerobics are very important so be sure to do those at least twice out of the week. |

Oh I absolutely love the workouts. Especially when they pull out the stepper. Girl they really hit the right spots for me. I also love the stretches and most of all the weight is melting away and I'm more toned.
