I thought this would be a great post for us to post some health snacks that taste very good yet low in sugar and fats. I just purchased some Quakers granola bars smores flavored and love them. I was reading on the back that it only had like 8 g. of suger, total of 2 g. of fat, and 1 g. of fiber. This is a good healthy snack. Just so you all can get the picture here's how they look

Those are good yolanda. I did bring them to work few months ago and it was gone in the blink of an eye . |

Try chopping an apple and mixing it with Fat free cottage cheese and cinnamon powder tastes like apple pie. I am hooked on this as a snack at work. Cheers |
