walking and drinking water is good during pregnancy. It helps you loose your weight afterwards

It sure does, I did this when I had my babies and lost like 40lbs. in a week.

what the heck is hally berry's beauty secret during pregnancy, she still looks fabulous and pregnant. lo I remember when I was about to have my baby, in the hospital I had on makeup and all, the nurses was like this is the prettiest woman we have seen in labor in a while lol. I was not about to look throwed during labor.

My  secret is alot of walking during the day on my treadmill. I also eat oatmeal everymorning for breakfast. I feel like a balloon is in me.

you know drinking water does help keep the calories down. Im a witness to this. Right now I notice my weight is maintaining because Im splurging a bit, but yes I can tell the water is keeping the pounds down. Im doing some Billy Blanks during the week days as well.
Its also a skin beautifier

I ususally drink a cup of water before eating a meal. I wait 20 minutes after drinking then eat. Then after I eat I wait another 20 minutes then drink another cup of water.
